We will reply to all enquiries for crude and refined product. We believe in this simple business ethic that if you take the time to make an enquiry for oil or other commodities  we too should have the courtesy to reply. Our office is located in a weak reception area, it is quite likely we will not receive the call. Should the office be closed then please feel free to call our mobile or leave a comment on our answer phone which will be returned.
